POSITION SUMMARY:
The Family Division Sr. Director develops and directs the implementation of strategic plans for the operations of the ministries under the umbrella of the NLCSE Family Division. Ensure the ministries within the Family Division are life-changing, impactful, continuously growing, and operate within the vision and mission of New Life. This position manages all ministry's administrative aspects, including coaching, developing leaders, overseeing budgets/expenditures, and ensuring volunteers are properly acclimated and engaged.
