POSITION SUMMARY
Manage and provide oversight and direction to the Welcome Division. Capture, develop and retain members as they grow in their Christian walk and develop the ministry leaders and volunteers to fulfill the mission of the church, the vision, spiritual goals, and objectives. Adds a formal, personal and pastoral presence to the NLCSE online experience, as we intentionally use our online platform to minister, support and care for everyone connecting with us digitally. He/she will guide, nurture and spiritually shepherd people through our online platform. This position will also recruit, train and empower volunteers to serve on the online campus team that will ultimately be responsible for answering questions, proactively solving problems and pointing people toward their next steps in their discipleship journey.
